We are a 60-bed skilled nursing facility that is Medicaid and Medicare-certified. We accept private insurances and hospice patients, as well.
We provide 24-hour nursing care, transportation, multiple activities per day in addition to specialized wound care, therapy, physician, dietician, lab, pharmacy, housekeeping and psychiatric services and much more!
